Spring Youth League
APRIL 10th - MAY 8th
Weekly Format:
Combination of skills and game-like play
Thursday (2nd-4th grade):
5:15pm - 6:15pm
Thursday (5th-6th grade)
6:15pm - 7:16pm
Skill Emphasis: First touch and serving technique instruction. Three touch emphasis with pass, set, hit format for competitive play. All skills breakdown for basic foundation work through five weeks course.
Price: $100 per player and $85 Sibling Discount/Current or Prior Club Member

Lynch Strong
Plyometric Training
We are so excited to start a plyometric training program with Zach Lynch at the helm. Coach Lynch has given us a few amazing results with the athletes he has worked with in our program so far and we finally have figured out a way to bring him to all players! Lynch Strong has trained over 25+ Collegiate Athletes (including an All American in Volleyball), multiple All State selections (volleyball, basketball & baseball), and 1 former Minor League Baseball player (Washington Nationals).
