Waco Juniors Volleyball Club
Mission

Our mission at Waco Juniors is to invest in the growth of our athletes, both on and off the court, to ensure their development meets the goals they set for themselves. Our motto is “Stronger Together.” We push our organization to lift the volleyball IQ of the Central Texas region, bridge the gap of local school program athletes, as well as pave the way for success into the next level of competition at every age.

Financial Assistance

Waco Juniors wants to provide an opportunity for all girls to be able to achieve their full athletic potential as a volleyball player while promoting leadership, teamwork, friendship, character, goal setting, and self-discipline. The WJVC Scholarship program is designed to assist players and families who are unable to pay the full fee amount for the current volleyball season. Additionally, we have payment plan options and fundraising opportunities for athletes to raise money to help offset the cost.

Grant Scholarship Program

We are excited to have so many great sponsors that have made this opportunity for our players possible. We know that our Waco Community loves to lend a helping hand and invest in the future of our kids. We cannot thank you enough!

Please use the document below to apply for our financial scholarship in the 2024 season.

Recipients must meet all criteria outlined in the document to be eligible for this grant to be applied to the last payment due. Players will be chosen by a non affiliated WJVC Committee to ensure neutrality of distribution.

Community Service Engagements

We are teaming up with members of our community to offer service hours for individual player club fee payment. Players will be giving back and engaging with the Waco Community through various events posted throughout the season. WJVC staff will not be present at all events therefore 14 and under players are required to have parent supervision. Detailed hours and opportunities will be outlined for sign-up as event information is given to our program. You will find information in this section once information is available.

Player Work Program

Individual work opportunities for player club due pay-off to be applied post completion. (Examples for upcoming season include: adult supervised age appropriate gym maintenance and clean up, age appropriate clinic/tournament assistance as needed at WJVC Facility or affiliated gym spaces.) Sign up is first come first serve with understanding of time commitment and greater than 24 hours notice if unable to attend to fill needed work requirements. Age requirements will be outlined for each event- parent supervision required for athletes 14 and under with non-WJVC staff events.
